How to use the Auto Image Resizer

What does it do?

When the Image Resizer is turned on ALL large images uploaded to the Image Manager will automatically be resized. You can specify the image width or height and it will be adjusted as necessary to match the original proportions.

How do I use it?

  1. Go to the 'Image Manager' page.

  2. At the top of the page, select 'Yes – Max Width' or 'Yes – Max Height' to activate.

  3. In the second box input a number. This will set the height or width that your image will be resized to.

  4. Click the 'Submit' button to save your changes.

  5. Upload your images to the 'Image Manager'. They are now resized and ready to be inserted into your pages.

How do I turn it off?

Select 'No' to deactivate. If you want to edit the size of an image, you need to reset the options, submit your changes and upload your image again. If your image is called the same file name, it will overwrite the original in the Image Manager.
