Export Users

What is Export Users?

Secure Users can be activated on your site with a customised sign up form (ask us for details) that can gather additional information about users if required. All of the information gathered from this form can be exported in CVS format via the 'Export Users' section of your admin. This information can then be imported into other software, such as Excel for further analysis.


Download a CVS File

  1. Go to 'Library - Export Users' on the main menu.
  2. All of the fields that you set up in the secure users - custom form are listed here. You can change the order of fields before you download your database if required. Make your selection from the drop down menus. If you want to ignore one of the fields select 'Empty'.
  3. Scroll down and click the 'Submit' button to download the CVS file. Please wait as this may take some time depending on the amount of information being gathered.
