 UKI.NET E-Basket enables you to display your full range of products or services. The E-Basket can take enquiries from customers with or without taking payment online.
As an online catalogue, you can display your entire range which can be categorised into main and sub categories. Products or services can be added as individual or families of items with the option to relate associated items. Used as a catalogue no orders or payments can be taken directly from the displayed items.
Used as an enquiry basket, your site will look like a normal ecommerce web site with a shopping basket but customers will select the items of interest and submit their email enquiry to you. You also have the option not to display prices.
If you prefer, the E-Basket can receive online payments.
The ability to add carriage charges, if required, is a standard feature and pictures, sound files, PDF’s and more can be linked to each of your items. From your UKI.NET log in area you are in complete control and you have the option to name your Web Forum anything you like when it displays on your menu. You can manage and create unique usernames and passwords for your members. Member’s details can be added, edited or removed at any time.
You can set up forums, add topics, edit and delete entries. You also have the option to approve posts before they are published online. As the administrator you can also create forums that only you have permission to post in, it’s a great way for you to leave messages for your visitors.
When a reply to a post has been submitted the previous posters can be auto emailed to let them know that a new reply has been added. Alternatively this option can be switched off so that your members have to visit the site to read any new responses.
Want a secure message board?
By using the secure pages option in addition to your web forum you have the ability add password protection. Normally posts can be read by anyone visiting your site but to make a submission they have to be a member. Adding password protection means that anyone wanting to view your posts will have to be issued a username and password.

 The File Archive works like an online filing cabinet. In your UKI.NET administration area you can add a file archive item with a title, description and attached a file from your computer.
You can upload a variety of files including Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint and more.
These files can be grouped into categories for display on your web site. Visitors can search for the files they want to look at via a search box on your site.
Each item added will automatically display the date it was added, the file type and the file size. So your visitors always know what they will be downloading. By clicking the link (which is also the title) the file will open for online viewing or it can be saved offline. File archiving has many uses including listing minutes from your meetings, help sheets, articles, newsletters and providing product information.
As with all UKI.NET features, this product can be updated in your administration area.

 Add a web links section to your site without having to understand HTML code.
The links section does more than just add a page with a list of links. Each item you add can have an image and a title that links to the URL that you have specified. There is also room for adding a description so that your visitors know where the link will take them when clicked.
All links open in a new browser window so that your web site remains open whilst the user views your links. The links can be grouped into categories for display on your web site. Visitors can search for the links in a particular category via a search box.

 Create a gallery with a selection of your own images.
To upload images you just need to log in, add your title (and description which is optional), select your image and with a click of your mouse submit your changes. Your images will appear on your site instantly.
The gallery pages will display with thumbnails of your images. Thumbnails are created automatically and when clicked, open up in a new browser window and display the image at the full size you uploaded.
Your pictures can be displayed horizontally or vertically. This can be altered at any time, so you can experiment with the layout after you have uploaded your images. There will also be a search box displayed on your gallery section and categories can be created by grouping images together.
As with all UKI.NET features, this product can be updated at any time in your administration area without assistance. If you do need any help we can scan, crop and optimize images for you, pay-as-you-go credits can be purchased if you want us to do updates for you. Free email support is also available.

 E-Mailer Extra gives you the ability to deliver targeted, permission-based, email campaigns.
Keep your current customers updated with your latest offers or approach potential new customers. With a choice of plain text or html emails you can save time and money using E-Mailer Extra to send your message.
You can upload your own html templates in your UKI.NET admin area. Then you simply select the template (you can have more than one stored), write your text, insert images and preview your email. If you are happy, just click to send out your campaign, it’s that easy!
You can even add effects to your text by highlighting and clicking your mouse. We can help you design html templates and upload them ready for use, pay-as-you-go credits can be purchased if you want us to do this for you. Free email support is also available.
E-Mailer Extra includes a client sign up form with opt in confirmation to ensure that you will only be mailing to qualified email addresses. You can add, edit and remove contacts via your administration area at any time. A bulk upload facility is available if you already have an email list to use. Email contacts can be put into categories so that you can target specific groups with your mailings. You can email everyone or select a category.
To activate the service you need to purchase credits. Each email you send will use one credit. A minimum of 2000 credits must be purchased at one time. Take a look at our pricing page or use our form to request more details.

Any standard page or feature can be password protected including E Basket, News Section, Photo Gallery and all other UKI.NET features. Select the pages or features you want to keep private and by clicking a button you can make them secure. If you change your mind you can go back and undo your selection at any time, changes are made instantly.
You have complete control over managing and creating unique usernames and passwords for your members from the UKI.NET admin centre. User details can be added, edited or removed at any time. There is no limit on how many pages or enabled features can be made secure. Using secure pages you can make as many areas secure as you like without incurring any additional charges. Statistics are available for you to keep track of people using the secure areas of your site. You can see the time, date and what they looked at - helping you target your web site content.
